Terms of Service
Last updated: June 12, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Upflow (the “Service”), an AI-assisted content automation tool that helps an operator generate short-form videos and publish them to their own connected social-media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Upflow lets a user create AI-generated video content, review it through a mandatory human approval step, and publish approved content to social accounts they have personally connected and authorized. Upflow acts only on accounts the user explicitly connects through each platform’s official OAuth flow.
2. Connecting your accounts
To publish content, you connect your own social accounts via the official OAuth authorization of each platform. You may revoke this authorization at any time from the platform’s own settings (for TikTok: Settings → Security & permissions → Manage app permissions) or by disconnecting the account inside Upflow. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
3. Your responsibilities
- You own, or have all rights to publish, the content you create and post through Upflow.
- You will comply with the terms, community guidelines, and policies of every platform you publish to, including the TikTok Community Guidelines and Developer Terms.
- You will not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or spam content, or to violate any third party’s rights.
- You are solely responsible for the content you approve and publish.
4. Human approval
Content is not published automatically without review. Every item passes through a human approval gate before it can be sent to a connected account. You are responsible for what you approve.
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you create. Upflow and its underlying software remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms grant you no rights to Upflow’s name, branding, or code beyond use of the Service.
6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upflow and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from content you publish, platform actions, or service interruptions.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
