4. TikTok Integration

When connecting your TikTok account, you authorize UpflowAI to publish content on your behalf. You may revoke this access at any time through your TikTok account settings.

5. Credits and Payments

Credits are non-refundable except in cases of technical failure on our part. Credit balances do not expire.

6. Limitation of Liability

UpflowAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
